What you will do:
• Manage internal systems, cloud infrastructure, and security
• Monitor server and network health
• Support team members with technical issues
• Help maintain customer support tools and service up time

• Proficient in system/network administration

• Experience with IT support tools and monitoring system

Field Operations

brand in homes and businesses across the region.
What you will do:
• Perform on-site installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Coordinate with backend teams for efficient service rollout
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
• Uphold safety and compliance standards
Who are we looking for:
• Strong technical knowledge of broadband/ISP hardware
• Good customer interaction skills
• Willingness to travel and work on the field and expertise.

Engineering

Our Engineering team is responsible for designing, building, and scaling robust internet
infrastructure. Whether it’s fiber deployment, wireless expansion, or optimizing network
routes — they ensure our services stay fast, reliable, and ahead of the curve.
What you will do:
• Design network topologies and infrastructure plans
• Work on capacity planning, routing, and data flow optimization
• Implement the latest technologies for network efficiency

• Expertise in network protocols, fiber optics, and RF systems
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Experience in telecom or broadband network design preferred term success
